Do You Have Any Recommendations On A Good Magento Developer?

In episode 201 of the weekly Hump Day Hangouts by Semantic Mastery, one viewer asked for recommendations on a good Magento developer.

The exact question was:

I have taken a job with a dropshipping firm (along with other stuff) and their Magento developer has gone silent. Do you have a couple you could recommend? Shopify won’t cut it any more and we really need the site revamped and capable of integrating with Microsoft’s D365. I’m hoping you will have networked with some of the better (without being excessively expensive) Magento developers/designers. I need to get a couple of quotes to get this project back up and running asap. Any help is appreciated. Also, I don’t have a good sense of fair pricing for such developers. Any guidance on pay scale would be appreciated as well.
